Flash Cannon (Japanese: ラスターカノン Luster Cannon) is a damage-dealing Steel-type move introduced in Generation IV. It was TM91 in Generations IV through VII and TM54 in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!. It is TR70 in Generation VIII.
Effect
Flash Cannon does damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense by one stage.
