This disk was available as part of the Pokémon Ga-Olé Get Campaign held at participating Molly Fantasy and PALO entertainment centers across Japan between May 24 and June 17, 2018. Participating locations during this period had their Pokémon Ga-Olé machines updated to include the Special Giratina Course, in which Kommo-o could be encountered and caught.
