Release information

This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the BREAKthrough expansion, first released in the Japanese Red Flash expansion. Both prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics. A Jumbo version of the Regular print was available in the Mega Mewtwo Box for European countries and in the M Mewtwo-EX Special Jumbo Card Pack: Red Flash/Rage of the Broken Heavens Ver. for those in Japan. The Japanese Jumbo print was released as an unnumbered XY-P Promotional card. A Mirror Reverse Holo reprint of the Regular print was included in the Japanese Premium Champion Pack.

The Regular print was reprinted in the Japanese The Best of XY subset during the Sun & Moon Era.
