This card was first released as one of the English SM Black Star Promos, available in the Shining Legends Pin Collection—Mewtwo from October 6, 2017. It was subsequently available in the Japanese Solgaleo-GX & Lunala-GX Legendary Starter Set. The English version is a Cosmos Holofoil card, whereas the Japanese version is Non Holofoil.
