Serebii says Seel/Dewgong cannot get Substitute in RGBY, can anyone confirm this? Trainer Yusuf (talk) 09:45, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

Joe probably forgot to add it or made a mistake while checking stuff. I just tried in-game and both Seel and Dewgong can learn Substitute via TM50 in RGBY. veekun and the Pokémon Database also claim that they are able to learn the move. SatoMew2 (talk) 22:42, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
