Origin

Renewal Open! is a reference to the reopening of Pokémon Center Yokohama. The Riding on the Sea Breeze campaign featured 3 Pikachu mascots clad in sailor outfits, which are all present in the illustration. From left to right these are Mild Pikachu, Impish Pikachu, and Bashful Pikachu. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Moon.
