Bulbapedia's {{bp|Userspace policy}} restricts the amount you can edit your userpage. This policy was instated to prevent strain on our server, and also to promote people helping out in the {{bp|mainspace}}. :::Um, I just checked, as far as I can tell you're not in {{tt|abuse|the group which stops you from editing the userspace}} and your page isn't protected, so there shouldn't be anything stopping you from editing your userpage.
