'''Yasuda Shūhei''' (Japanese: ''' 安田 周平 ''') is the current lead character designer and animation direction for the [[Pokémon anime]].

Shūhei started working in the Pokemon anime as a key animator during the [[XY & Z Series]]<ref>https://seesaawiki.jp/w/radioi_34/d/%a5%dd%a5%b1%a5%c3%a5%c8%a5%e2%a5%f3%a5%b9%a5%bf%a1%bc%20XY%26Z</ref>, changing to a character designer for the [[Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon]]<ref>https://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/anime/pokemon_sunmoon/staff/</ref> and advanced to the position of animation director for the [[Pokémon Journeys: The Series]]. He also directed the first three openings for the Journeys Series, "[[One, Two, Three]]".
