Lulu (Japanese: ハル Haru) is a character of the day who appeared in Wobbu-Palooza!. Her Japanese voice actor is さとうあい Ai Satō.
She seems to bear a slight resemblance to her own Wobbuffet. Lulu also placed a yellow ribbon around Wobbuffet's head. When Team Rocket was accused of attacking Wobbuffet, Lulu immediately tried to prove their innocence.
It is said that when the Wobbuffet Festival crashers came to town the year before and began to destroy it, Lulu was the one that stopped them with her Wobbuffet.
