Sebastian in The Treasure is All Mine!
Sebastian is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the anime episode The Treasure is All Mine!.
Sebastian is the butler at one of James's summer retreats, who tried to catch James and make him marry Jessiebelle.

Spinarak first appeared in The Treasure is All Mine!. It battled James and Mime Jr., and quickly lost against Mime Jr.'s Teeter Dance. Spinarak and its owner — both confused by Mime Jr.'s attack — fell down a chute, ending the battle.
