"In Blackthorn City, a woman is willing to trade her Rhydon for a female Dragonair. This makes Dragonair the only Pokémon to be required to be a certain gender for an in-game trade." This isn't really true, considering in the Generation I games, you could be asked for a Nidoran female or male, depending on the game. Should we add that in or remove this trivia? Can I remove the part that says 'It may also be a play on debonair'. It seems really unecessary as there would be no reason for it to be a play on debonair.--[[User:Gallevoir|[[User:Gallevoir]]]] 20:55, 9 January 2010 (UTC) | Can I remove the part that says 'It may also be a play on debonair'. :I would argue that such a graceful and mysterious Pokémon has EVERY reason to be a play on debonair. Gender Trades
- The Nido families are two separate evolutionary lines. --エルレイド 00:43, 22 August 2009 (UTC)
- I know that. Doesn't stop them from having to be a certain gender for a trade. CherryParanoia 20:53, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
- But only because they're single-gender! --エルレイド 23:28, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
- But it still makes the trivia inaccurate. "required to be a certain gender for an in-game trade." Nidorans are required to be certain genders for in-game trades. Maybe not in the same way as Dragonair, but it still makes the Trivia inaccurate. CherryParanoia 16:53, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
