Tyrogue (Japanese: バルキー Balkie) is a Fighting-type Baby Pokémon card. It is part of the Aquapolis set (e-Card 2 in Japan).
Card text
If your Active Pokémon is a Baby Pokémon and your opponent announces an attack, your opponent flips a coin (before doing anything else). If tails, your opponent's turn ends.

This card was reprinted with different artwork by the same artist as a McDonald's promotional card in Japan in January 2002.
