(Japanese: タルガ Talga) is a character in Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs
He is the only Pokémon Ranger in charge of patrolling the Oblivia region at the beginning of the game. Talga lives on Renbow Island with his wife Leila and daughter Nema. He is first met by the player at the Radio Base on top of Ratorato Mountain where he asks the player to help him save the Radio Base from the Pokémon Pinchers who have taken it over. He then accompanies the player on many important missions and appears in many places, such as the Oblivia Ruins to get his wife and daughter back and the Air Fortress, where he is temporarily sucked into a void by Purple Eye's Mewtwo.
