Drapion (Japanese: ドラピオン Dorapion) is a Darkness-type Pokémon LV.X card. It is part of the Platinum expansion.

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 of the Defending Pokémon. That Pokémon is now Poisoned. Put 3 damage counters instead of 1 on that Pokémon between turns. This power can't be used if Drapion is affected by a Special Condition.

Sniping Tail スナイプテール 40

Does 40 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) The Defending Pokémon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn.

When you attach this card, return an Energy card attached to that Pokémon to your hand. While attached, this card is a Special Energy card and provides every type of Energy but 2 Energy at a time. (Has no effect other than providing Energy.) You can't have more than 1 Pokémon in your deck. You can't have more than 1 Shining Drapion in your deck. This card can't evolve into Pikachu. If this Baby Pokémon is your Active Pokémon and your opponent tries to attack, your opponent flips a coin (before doing anything else required in order to use that attack). Release information

This card was first released as a promotional card in Japan, before it was reprinted in the Galactic's Conquest expansion with different artwork by the same artist. It was available as an insert with the Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky Official Visual Book released in August 2008.
