Release information
In Japan, this card was made available as a holographic PCG-P Promotional card with new artwork by an unknown artist to those who rode the Pikachu Forest at the PokéPark in March 2005.
Trivia
The promotional reprint of this card shows the logo for the Pikachu Forest from the PokéPark instead of an illustrator.
Origin
Quick Attack and Thunderbolt are both moves in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn.
