This card was first released in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion with artwork by Masakazu Fukuda. It was then released as a holographic HGSS Black Star Promo alongside Smoochum in May 2010 for the Unleashed Blister Pack. It was later reprinted in the Call of Legends expansion with new artwork by the same artist.
