::Level isn't really random. Event Pokémon have set ones, like 100 for the DW Arceus. I've had an Aerodactyl at level 12, so it might be area dependent. Not really sure though since most of my Pokémon are still at the forest. Gender, moves, levels are set beforehand, and they always have their DW/hidden abilities. - It depends what is defined for each Pokémon, and what is random. I know IVs and Nature are determined at random, as it can be changed by soft reseting the DS and going back to the Entralink forest to catch them again. The Ponyta I befriended was level 10. Are all the Pokémon other people have befriended level 10, is it randomly decided when encountered in Pleasant Forest, or does it depend on the species? I'm assuming that the gender is determined upon encounter in the Dream World, given it's stated on the friend board. I'm assuming that the befriended Pokémon always have their Dream World abilities.
