Eevee is a pokémon belonging to Coconut in Pokémon PiPiPi Adventure. It's intelligent for a pokémon, being about as smart as the average child in kindergarden. It amazes Clefairy and Pikachu with it's knowing 1+1=2, 1-1=0, etc... Eevee is very loyal to Coconut, it's owner. Eevee stays with Coconut all the time. So therefore, it get's hurt often during one of Coconut's love potion experiments, usually to bring comic relief.
