Revive (Japanese: げんきのかけら Vitality Fragment; known until White Collection as 元気のかけら Vitality Fragment) is an Item card. It was first released in the Base Set as a Trainer card.

This card originated in the Base Set with artwork illustrated by Keiji Kinebuchi. This print was released again in the Nivi City Gym Japanese theme deck. It was later released as an Item card in the Black & White expansion, originating in the White Collection, with new artwork by 5ban Graphics. This print was later reprinted in the Battle Theme Deck: Victini.
