A breeding house is where Pokémon eggs are cared for.
In the anime
Breeding houses have appeared in a number of episodes in the anime. In Extreme Pokémon, a man by the name of Mr. Shellby and his wife helped take care of eggs at their small home in the town of Eggseter. They also helped to raise the Pokémon when they hatched. It is also where Ash received an egg that eventually hatched into his Phanpy.
A breeding house also appeared in May's Egg-Cellent Adventure. May received an egg from that breeding center which ended up hatching into an Eevee.
