Sniper (Japanese: スナイパー Sniper) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV. Twelve Pokémon can have this Ability.
Effect
In battle
Critical hits will do 3× damage instead of 2×.
Outside of battle
Sniper has no effect outside of battle.
