PKMN ▓ is a dual-type Grass/Poison Glitch Pokémon found only in Pokémon Yellow. It can only be obtained via the Johto guard glitch with Steelix . It occupies hexadecimal slot F7. If traded to Pokémon Red and Blue, it will become 'Ng'Mp.
The ▓ in its name is actually an illegible tile with the index number 161 (0xA1) at the character base 0x8800.
PKMN ▓'s type is Grass/Poison and its Pokédex number is #001, suggesting that it is a hybrid of Bulbasaur.
PKMN ▓ shares the same type and Height/weight combination with h 4Pゥ ゥ....
