Release information
This card was originally released in the Fossil expansion with artwork by Kagemaru Himeno. In Japan, it was later reprinted with new artwork by the same artist as a promotional card available as an insert with the second volume of the manga series How I Became a Pokémon Card, released in September 1999. The Japanese promotional version was printed on non-glossy card stock. The English promotional version which also featured the new artwork was available through the Pokémon League in September 2000.
