The password doesn't work for me neither. You may be right on the fact that it lets you take the later quizzes earlier than usual. Other than the Rattata part, which I can understand looking back on it, what was wrong with the rest of the trivia I wrote? Mudkip can't learn any moves that utilise bubbles, and its animation shows it spewing bubbles from its mouth. And Meloetta has been internationally unveiled, yet is unavailable outside of Japan. Pronunciation
Acording to a video I just saw, the dex has a person pronouncing the Pokémon's name. Could we get all the pronunciations from it? --Abcboy (talk) 15:51, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
- The problem is, throughout the media, there has been lots of controversy regarding pronounciations. Arceus is the most prominent example - the pre-reveal (fan use and PBR) pronounciation, "AR-see-uss", conflicts with the M12 pronounciation "Ar-SAY-us" (while the page states that this was in the pre-release trailer, at least the first airing in the States also used this pronounciation, IIRC), which conflicts with the "official" pronounciation of "ARK-ee-us" (which is found in Dex 3D Pro). There was talk a while back about adding pronounciation keys to each article, but it was scrapped for this reason. I'll see if I can dig up that discussion...Talk:Main_Page/Archive_11#Pronunciation, but re-reading states that there would have to be an official source to use. I don't know if Dex 3D would count, you would have to talk with a project manager before starting. --TruePikachu (talk) 23:57, 11 November 2012 (UTC)
AR Cards?
After gone through the law behind existing AR cards, I made 7 AR cards for Meloetta and Genesect, and put them into my database app: https://sites.google.com/site/pingspokedex/ Now the two Meloetta ones have been proved to be correct. I think the remaining 5 for Genesect should also be correct. Where shold I upload those AR cards (734 in total, all created by myself) if I want to share them with people? Or should I just post my app instead? --anping87 22:57, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
- While I am not an authority on it, if you direct your attention to the page for the original version, there is a table that shows all of the Old Unova Dex. I would say that it could be a good idea to do the same kind of table, split across generation (so 5 tables), and putting them in the Gallery section. There are some important points to remember: the images get uploaded to the Archives, NOT to Bulbapedia itself; you can NOT include Genesect (as it has not been confirmed that they work). I would not entirely suggest linking your program in the article, as it could be considered advertising (alas, you do not see me linking, e.g., my CGI script in the article itself). Again, I am not an authority on this. --TruePikachu (talk) 00:19, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
Cost ?
Hello,
Will the Pokédex 3D Pro have a cost for the Nintendo eShop ?
Reshilosion360 (talk) 15:10, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, Pokédex 3D Pro is not a free app, and in Japan it cost about 20 USD, so I believe it will be released at that price in the US. --Abcboy (talk) 15:14, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
Actually, the app will only be $14.99 USD. Courtesy of White 2 promotional. Senoel99 (talk) 01:34, 12 October 2012 (UTC)
I know I'm the one that typed this up, but over here in Australia, Pokedex 3D Pro has not come out and it is the 8th of November. What should we do? It says on the 3DS it's "Coming to Nintendo eShop" and the release date says today. --Pinkolol16 (talk) 06:30, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
You can't make it stop talking!
Every single time you select a pokemon, it does it. EVERY. TIME. You can turn the background music off. the soudn effects off. Even change the language it screams at you in. But you cant ever make it stop screaming at you.
It was cute the first time. The 10th time and on, it was just irritating. If Im missing something here that would be great but my god you cant make it stop shouting. Im going to add this in somewhere once my rage subsides. Because yeah. Irritating doesnt begin to describe it. PowerPlantRaichu (talk) 14:44, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
- You could just turn the volume off, no? - signed comment from GoldenCelebi (pedia talk • news talk • archives talk) 15:51, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
- Well sure, but it's the principle(pal? I cant decide which) of the thing. The problem is that there is a way to adjust or turn off every other aspect of the sound, aside from that one. PowerPlantRaichu (talk) 07:38, 11 November 2012 (UTC)
- In any event! My rage has subsided and I figure its not noteworthy enough to mention on the page at this time. So unless consensus agrees to do so at some point in the future, I wont be pursuing it further. :) PowerPlantRaichu (talk) 07:44, 11 November 2012 (UTC)
- There is currently no way to make it not say the name, but (this is speculation) a future version _might_ have an option to use the cry instead, like the original version did. I might see about putting forward this idea to the devteam, assuming I can find/contact them. --TruePikachu (talk) 00:04, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
Meloetta in NA
Do we have any information on how to unlock Meloetta in the North America version, or even the existance of it? (We can't dump the app yet, right? Or can we?) --TruePikachu (talk) 00:02, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- Can't you just switch lanquage to Japanese and use the code? I'll try right now! Nickvang (talk) 19:52, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- Well... ...what is this Pokémon's name... ...I don't know OK I can't read those stupid Japanese letters at all! Nickvang (talk) 19:54, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- I've finished the quiz in Japanese. Apparently, you get the same 25 questions that the order never changes and the answers never switch places so if you remember the pattern you can beat it flawlessly. However, nothing is unlocked. Looks like we have to wait for Nintendo themselves to reveal the Meloetta code if we want it. Hawkrai (talk) 01:27, 16 November 2012 (UTC)

UJFPJGAD
Doesn't work for me, I already have them unlocked another way. Can't remember if I got it by doing all the quizzes, or getting "Perfect" on all of them, or getting a trophy on all of them, all of which I did. But I think that UJFPJGAD is a cheat code to unlock it early. TorchicBlaziken (talk•edits) 20:30, 18 December 2012 (UTC)
