:What's the problem? This is not Wikipedia. This is a Pokémon encyclopedia with different policy. Well, one-time appearance character might not be as much one-time as we might think. WHY in the world did Jessie throw out that Magikarp? Gyarados is known to raze entire cities, which could prove very useful in stealing Pokemon. ESPECIALLY after what happened in Pokemon Shipwreck. I, for one, after being owned by one like that, would probably want one of my own. However, Gyarados IS double weak to Electric attacks.
