:Was watching someone stream Pokémon X, and he had a Pokémon use Ion Deluge. It went after a Floatzel's Aqua Jet and before every normal priority move, so that confirms that it is +1. The others that you listed were confirmed as well. [[User:Berrenta|Berrenta]] ([[User talk:Berrenta|talk]]) 01:21, 20 December 2013 (UTC) |

Details, Details....
We need to log specifics of how this move works. Here's what I can tell so far:
- It is an increased-priority move, like Helping Hand (exact priority unknown).
- It affects the entire field and all Pokemon on it.
- Its effect lasts only for the current turn (also like Helping Hand).
- It also affects status moves (for Pokemon with Lightningrod or Volt Absorb.
