Thought I'd put it up for discussion here first. Selphy's name sounds awful similar to "selfie" (i.e. taking a self-picture). Given that her house is surrounded by painters, this may be a reference to the common trend. Admittedly, this was back in the early 2000s, before it's infamous spread and inclusion in the dictionary. Item rewards
I think we should try to get a list of the items and maybe an approximate probability. I doubt there is any correlation with the difficulty of the pokemon asked for and the reward, but that should be stated too.

Selphy's Name Trivia
