Release information

In Japan, this card was made available as a holographic PCG-P Promotional card with different artwork by an unknown artist to those who rode the Pikachu Forest at the PokéPark in March 2005. The logo for this ride is in the bottom right corner of the illustration, covering the illustrator name.
