Aerilate (Japanese: スカイスキン Sky Skin) is an Ability introduced in Generation VI. It is the signature Ability of Mega Pinsir and Mega Salamence.

Effect

In battle

Aerilate causes all Normal-type moves used by the Pokémon to become Flying-type and receive a 30% boost. Unlike most Flying-type moves, moves changed by this Ability cannot hit non-adjacent opponents in Triple Battles unless they could originally.

Outside of battle

It is unknown if Aerilate has an effect outside of battle.
