We don't have any confirmation that the Korean ship accident is the reason that this episode was postponed. We shouldn't add anything about that until it's official. --Pokemaster97 16:37, 21 April 2014 (UTC)

We should add that—although no reason was explicitly specified—the cancelation occurred directly after a large incident in which a ship sank and about 200 people drowned, for an episode that was about exploring an underwater ship. It was never specified why it was canceled, but...yeah. That's the reason. I can't see any reason for why we can't add the obvious link between the two. Even so, it contradicts what we did back then for the Team Plasma two-parter. Both them and this have been officially stated to be postponed just due to the circumstances. The Whiscash episode page states that it was postponed because of the Niigata earthquakes without providing any official statement as well. You make the assumption that episode 24 doesn't refer to XY025. Since the episode has been skipped, I would expect the numbering to be adjusted. --SnorlaxMonster 05:04, 1 May 2014 (UTC)

When is this episode going to air?

Is this episode gonna air anytime soon, or can we go ahead and mark this episode as "cancelled"? I can't shake the feeling that they will eventually retcon this episode out of continuity like what they did with the Team Rocket Vs. While it was initially listed on Turner, Zap and Msn Tv, the episode title was later replaced with XY025's, hinting at the postponement of the episode. Will it ever air / has it been cancelled? Article title

This is no longer episode 24 of the XY series. It is either never going to air (like BW023 (unaired)), aired in a different place in the series (like BW037), or air as a special (like Holiday Hi-Jynx). In none of these cases is it appropriate to call this episode XY024. My personal preference is to just move it to the episode title, since we have the English title; however, I would be open to moving it to XY024 (unaired) as well. --SnorlaxMonster 11:59, 13 August 2014 (UTC)
