Steve (Japanese: スティーブ Steve) is the second Grand Master. He plays using the Legendary Zapdos Deck (Japanese: でんせつのサンダーデッキ Legendary Thunder Deck). In Pokémon Card GB 2, he uses the でんせつのかせきデッキ Legendary Fossil Deck.

Steve is the second of the 4 Grand Masters, that is available to battle after you obtained all eight Club Medals.

Since the start of the game, Steve was kidnapped by Great Rocket and held imprisoned in the Lightning Fort. When being freed by the main player after defeating *name of opponent to be defeated*, he will give you an Electabuzz.

Later on, you are required to fight him in the Pokémon Dome to obtain one of the Legendary card - Zapdos.
