Toshinobu Matsumiya (Japanese: 松宮稔展 Matsumiya Toshinobu) is an employee of Game Freak. He has been credited in every core series game with the exception of Pokémon Red and Green, their remakes, and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
