Ippei (Japanese: イッペイ Ippei) is a character of the day who appeared in A Rush of Ninja Wisdom!, albeit only in a fantasy. He is the older brother of Sanpei and Nihei and hails from a village of ninjas. Ippei is the strongest of the village.
