Ippei (Japanese: イッペイ Ippei) is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime who will first appear in person in XY098. He was mentioned in A Rush of Ninja Wisdom!, albeit only in a fantasy. He is the older brother of Sanpei and Nihei and hails from a village of ninjas. Ippei is the strongest of the village.
History
He will make his first physical appearance in XY098 and will reappear in the next episode.
