Release information
This card was printed as one of the XY Black Star Promos, included in the Pikachu-EX Legendary Collection released November 18, 2015. The Japanese print was originally released in the Legendary Shine Collection.
Trivia
This is the only Pokémon-EX based on a Pokémon that can still evolve.
