Release information
This card was released in the Gym Heroes expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori, originally released in the Leaders' Stadium expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as a promotional card with new artwork by the same artist distributed alongside Erika's Bulbasaur, Misty's Tentacool, and Lt. Surge's Jolteon in the December 1998 issue of CoroCoro comic.
