Ampharos (Japanese: デンリュウ Denryu) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion.

This card was released in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion with an illustration by Masakazu Fukuda, originating from the HeartGold Collection in Japan. It was reprinted in the Call of Legends expansion with new artwork by the same artist.
