Phoebe (Japanese: フヨウ Fuyou, German: Antonia, French: Spectra), the second member of Hoenn's Elite Four, focuses on Ghost-type Pokémon. Most of her five Pokémon are pure ghosts, with the exception of Sableye (Dark/Ghost) She apparently has a grandmother at Mt. Pyre, but it is not known if the grandmother works there, is visiting there, or is buried there (which would be peculiar, as Mt. Pyre is a Pokémon cemetery, but probably not impossible).
