Bubble Beam and Dragon Rage are both moves in the Pokémon games that Gyarados can learn, the former only in Generation I via TM11. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green and Pokémon FireRed. This card is based on Base Set Gyarados.
