A is a Pokémaniac-type glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue Versions. It can be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Quagsire. It occupies hexadecimal slot EA and becomes 'r ゥ if traded to Pokémon Yellow.
