Deoxys (Japanese: デオキシス Deoxys) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Deoxys expansion.

Release information
This card was included in the English EX Deoxys expansion, originating as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was enclosed with Summer 2004 Special Edition copies of Pokémon Scoop, distributed to visitors at each Pokémon Festa 2004 venue, held at several locations across Japan between July 17 and August 15, 2004. Each copy of Pokémon Scoop also came with a Pokémon Daisuki Club CD-ROM and questionnaire, which if completed, entered people into a lottery to win 1 of 10 Rayquaza Edition Game Boy Advance SP consoles.

Origin
The Form Change Poké-Power references the ability of Deoxys to change into multiple forms. This card is based on its Attack Forme, which it takes on in Pokémon FireRed.
