German interwiki links

When adding interwiki links for episodes, use the title of the German page as PokéWiki does not use the same naming scheme as Bulbapedia. For example, SM025 should have de:Crystal Sōdatsu-sen! Roket-dan tai Skull-dan!!! as an interwiki link rather than de:SM025. --Abcboy (talk) 13:58, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
