This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Japanese Night Unison subset. The Regular print features artwork by Megumi Mizutani, while the Full Art print features artwork by TOKIYA.

Origin
Koga is a Gym Leader in Kanto in the Generation I games, its remakes, and in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!. He is promoted to the Indigo League Elite Four in the Generation II games and its remakes. The Fuchsia Gym is featured in the Regular print's illustration.
