In Japan, this card was 1 of 7 possible SM-P Promotional cards available in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments during December 2018 and throughout January and February 2019. This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.

Origin

The Electromagnetic Wall Ability was first seen on Ampharos from Dragons Exalted. Thunderbolt is a move in the Pokémon games that Jolteon can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
