It was reprinted as a Cosmos Holofoil BW Black Star Promo with different artwork by the same artist, made available in the Victini Box released on April 25, 2011. In Japan, this print was available to those who purchased a booster box of the Black & White Collections at Gym Challenge. It was later reprinted in the Next Destinies expansion with different artwork by 5ban Graphics as an Ultra-Rare Secret card, first released in the Japanese Psycho Drive expansion. An exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil version of the Black & White print was included in the Next Destinies Stage 1 Blisters released alongside the expansion. The Black & White print was later reprinted as part of the Japanese Master Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14, 2012. An exclusive Non Holofoil version of the Black & White print was included in the Battle Arena Decks: Mewtwo vs Darkrai.
