Aipom (Japanese: エイパム Eipam, German: Griffel, French: Capumain) is a Normal-type Pokémon.
Flavor text
- Pokémon Emerald
- Its tail ends with a dexterous, handlike appendage. However, because it uses the tail so much, Aipom's real hands have become rather clumsy.
Name origin
Aipom's name may be a combination of ape and palm, referring to the hand on its tail.
It appears to have been based on a monkey, with an exaggerated concept of a prehensile tail.
