This card was made exclusively for the Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color, never printed as an actual card in any language. However, a scan of the non existent full card was included in a Pokémon card Price Guide.
Trivia
- This card displays a 'GB' symbol in place of the Expansion symbol, indicating it was created exclusively for the Game Boy.
- This card uses the same stock art of Jigglypuff as the Gym Challenge Erika's Jigglypuff.
