I might be wrong, but doesn't Tierno's Blastoise defending itself from Sawyer's Slurpuff's Attract confirm that it's male? :Wow, this is weird. I kind of thought that someone might bring this up. Anyway, no, it doesn't really prove it. And the reason being is that Tierno might not know his Blastoise's gender and if it is male, then Attract would infatuate it. So he probably doesn't want to take that risk. If he indicated that he knows its gender, then that would be a different story. Hope that clears things up a little. Well Tierno Blastoise had a lot of episodes like 6 more then Sawyer's Sceptile.
Tierno Blastoise had shown to be very eager to use his dancing skills in its battle as proven to be great battler to confuse his challengers. Its also proven to be quite adaptable battler with this dancing skill. He also like similar to Gary Blastiose as able to use Rapid Spin to block attacks such as Clemont's Chespin Vine Whip. Im not talking about power just I think it should have its own page--SilverioBOMB (talk) 14:55, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
- Bulbapedia:Manual_of_style/Anime#Notability_requirements. Point Number 3. All it did was battle. Not notable.--ForceFire 15:09, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
- But isnt that good enough as Gary Blastoise has perosanty all it did was battle too--SilverioBOMB (talk) 15:29, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
- Trevor Charmelon also shown persoanlty. Shown to be out of his pokeball to stay with Trevor side as it very eager to battle any oppements it sees. As shown to passion of battling. Thats good enough as well --SilverioBOMB (talk) 15:31, 4 March 2016 (UTC)

Tierno's Pokemon Gender
I doubt that his Raichu is female. What's the proof? When Sawyer's Slurpuff succesfully attracted Tierno's Raichu in XY126 we got to know they have opposite genders. After that the same Slurfpuff failed at attracting Tierno's Blastoise, but it didn't seem like the gender was the problem. Clemont commented that it's either because both are males or that Blastoise had "mental toughness". Second is that we can see that Tierno's Raichu has male pointy tail.--Rocket Grunt (Report To Me) 21:04, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
- The thing with Clemont's comment is that is what he thought, not what actually happened. Strange though that they had Tierno's Raichu with a pointy tail, I'm presuming the writers didn't foresee this predicament until it was too late, as the large episode gaps between both mon's appearance and their battle would seem to indicate.Animaltamer7 (talk) 13:59, 24 March 2020 (UTC)
- Exactly, that's what he thought he didn't know genders of these two Pokemon.--Rocket Grunt (Report To Me) 15:01, 24 March 2020 (UTC)
