This Pikachu is based on Ash's Pikachu as he appears in the anime's Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. Thunderbolt and Gigavolt Havoc are both moves that Pikachu can use in the anime and ones it can learn in the games, the latter by equipping the appropriate Z-Crystal.
