It is obtained by recruiting Lugia, and has a capacity of one Pokémon. It is in the Northern Sea, along with the Bountiful Sea and Serene Sea Friend Areas.

The name "Deep-Sea Current" is likely a reference to the ocean current that was formed by the fighting of the Legendary birds in The Power of One.
